The view of Haifa Bay was AMAZING! 🏞️ The staff were really nice and helpful. However, the place was a bit dated and cleanliness could improve.

During my stay, I enjoyed the breathtaking view of Haifa Bay from my room, which was a highlight of my trip. The breakfast was exceptional, providing a great start to my day, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, like the Baha'i Gardens and the Mane Katz Museum, just a short walk away. Overall, it was a pleasant experience but keep in mind the parking situation can be a bit inconvenient.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The room was small but renovated. the shower had lucid walls for a great view of the bay while showering. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff at the front desk were very professional and welcoming, especially Ariel.

The view of the Bay from the room was breathtaking, and the breakfast selection was impressive. The hot shower and clean facilities made our stay very comfortable.

The view from my Superior Double or Twin Room was breathtaking! I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and the well-furnished dining room, which set the tone for relaxing meals. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near so many great restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is very pleasant with courteous staff who provided excellent service during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants on one side, and a beautiful promenade on the other, which kept our children entertained. We particularly appreciated the charm and helpfulness of the front desk staff, making our family experience much smoother.

The hotel could benefit from some updates as certain areas felt a bit dated.

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room for 2 nights, and the view was just stunning! The room was spacious and met our needs. The shower had a curtain to pull back and enjoy that amazing bay view. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and it could use some renovation touch-ups. The parking situation was a hassle, limited spots made it inconvenient when coming back late at night. The service could be better. one staff member at the front desk wasn’t very helpful at all.

We loved the stunning view from our room while sipping coffee from the lobby café, which was close to fabulous spots like the Bahá'i Gardens. Plus, we appreciated how the hotel was pet-friendly, accommodating our two dogs with ease.

In my wife’s opinion, there should be more kid-friendly activities available.
